Order Processing Time

All orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Standard orders are generally processed within 1–2 working days, so customers can expect timely delivery. Weekends and public holidays are not included.

What Shipping Methods are available with Shilpent?

We ship packages of various sizes via reliable couriers, including DHL for international and Bluedart for Domestic deliveries. The shipping partner may vary depending on destination and service availability. Most international deliveries are completed within 5–7 working days after dispatch, while the domestic deliveries completed within 3-4 days. Delivery time may vary depending on:

  • Delivery location
  • Customs clearance for international shipments

How does Domestic Shipping Work?

Orders within India are shipped via courier partners such as Blue Dart and other reliable service providers. We charge extra at actual shipping on domestic orders across India. We use both services such as air as well as surface as per weight and urgency of shipment.

Domestic Shipping is free all over India.

How does International Shipping Work?

International orders may attract extra costs such as VAT, customs duty, import tax, clearance or brokerage fees, and handling charges, depending on the rules and laws of the receiving country. All the local charges at custom should be paid by client only. Customers are responsible for checking import rules and restrictions in their country before placing an order. The customer must pay any costs arising from incomplete documentation or non-compliance with local regulations. Customers may choose available shipping options, including insurance coverage (standard or premium), where applicable.

Order Changes and Cancellation

Tracking details are emailed once the order ships. Customers can use these details to track their package's delivery progress. Our Customer Relation Manager will also monitor and update the progress of the shipment. Tracking details can take 24–48 hours to show after the order has been shipped.

How does International Shipping Work?

Customers wishing to modify or cancel an order must contact us before dispatch.

Order changes depend on processing status and product availability.

Cancellation may attract processing charges as applicable; requests received after dispatch may not be accepted.

What happens if a Package is Damaged or Missing?

We are not responsible for damage that occurs during transportation. However, we assist customers in resolving shipping issues whenever possible. Customers should immediately inform the courier company if they receive a damaged shipment. All original packaging and materials must be kept for inspection and claims.

What is Hazmat Shipping?

Hazardous materials are shipped strictly in accordance with local and international transport safety regulations, including DOT, IATA, and IMDG guidelines.

How does the Return/Replacement Process Work?

Customers may request a return by contacting us through the enquiry form on our website or by emailing us at info@shilpent.com. Returns are accepted only for unused and unopened products within the following timelines:

Domestic orders: Within 10 days from delivery

International orders: Only if the wrong product received.

How are Refunds Processed?

Refund is processed after the returned product is received, inspected, and approved.

Payments completed using PayPal or a credit card are refunded after 15 days from payment confirmation.

Any applicable return handling fee or order cancellation charge will be deducted.

Refund completion can differ based on bank handling or payment processing time.
