All orders placed with Shilpa Enterprises (Website) by you, the user, should be inspected for damage/insufficiencies and returned within 3 (THREE) days of receiving them and Shilpa Enterprises must inform of any error in delivery within this prescribed period. We shall accept goods that are returned only if they are still in their original condition, except in the case of manufacturing defects. In case you find any errors in the order which you receive, please contact Shilpa Enterprises to discuss this at the earliest possible time, to enable us to take the appropriate action.

Any goods that not returned in their original packing, or those damaged during transit, shall not be liable for a refund or replacement. There is a 10% surcharge (handling fee) which is applicable, if you wish to exchange goods, or if you feel that you have placed an incorrect order unless the goods exchanged for higher-priced products. There is no refunds shipping charges and payment fees. Customized orders cannot be refunded unless these made according to the agreed specification or design. All returns, replacement, and refunds are at the preference of management of Shilpa Enterprises.

Shilpa Enterprises Returns Policy

We, at Shilpa Enterprises, guarantee the quality standards of the products that we supply and do our best in maintaining these quality levels at all times. In any circumstance, if you are not satisfied with the product you have ordered, you are free to return/exchange for a refund within 10 (TEN) days from the date of invoice. All goods returned to us must have their Reference Number on the invoice or any other official communication made in the context stating the reason for return or the nature of the problem.

You, the customer, have to ensure that the goods being returned to us within the prescribed time limit, failing which we shall not entertain queries in this regard. Prepaid shipping needed for all products returned. A copy of your original invoice will be required by us to initiate the returns process. Refunded goods require to be in their original, new, re-sellable state, and need to have their original packaging intact, along with all documents and accessories in unused condition. In every case, returned goods need to be shipped prepaid with an approved communication reference number boldly printed on the shipping label.

Goods that damaged due to customer’s negligence, or improper storage, are exempt from being returned. (Some of our products require special storage conditions, and mentioned in the accompanying documents). Shilpa Enterprises reserved the sole right to refuse the goods or impose at least 25% of the product cost as restocking fees for any return items that do not fulfill the conditions mentioned above. Any item returned is subjected to 25% restocking fees and needs to return within 15 days from the date of purchase. Returned goods need to be sent back to Shilpa Enterprises in their original, unused condition, and their original packaging.

Shilpa Enterprises should receive all returned goods in good condition before it begins the process for refund/replacement. Customers are requested to allow at least 2 (TWO) weeks for us to execute the returns/replace process. Please note, transportation and handling charges are non-refundable.

What are the Shipping Methods used by Shilpa Enterprises?

Large, medium, and small-sized packages sent via reliable express shipping service providers. The same shipping company does not need to deliver products every time, as it is dependent on the availability and also on the destination, the products are being provided. We do not dispatch to PO cartons or APO/FPO locations currently. Please allow us sufficient time for delivery, so that we can inform you the details, such as destination, size of package and method of delivery, etc. however, once we commit date of delivery, you can easily track your package through the help desk chat-line which is accessible 24/7.

Who bears Additional Charges, like the cost of import/export tax, excise duties, GSM, customs clearance, etc.?

All import/export-related expenses shall be bearable by the customer, and charges may vary depending on the country. Please ensure to consult your local import experts or transportation carrier to get the accurate details and legal information regarding this.

What if Package is Lost/Stolen?

Buyers are requested to report all packages that are lost or stolen to us as soon as possible. We shall start investigating immediately once the incident has brought to our notice. The carrier shall issue the final ruling for the claim within 10-15 business days. Shilpa Enterprises shall send the replacement package as soon as the claim is accepted by the courier/carrier responsible for the loss.

What Modes of Payments are accepted by Shilpa Enterprises?

Shilpa Enterprises accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Discover. Buyers can also choose to make payments via online banking, RTGS, wire transfer, etc. Buyers are requested to be careful when entering the billing address for a credit card, to minimize the delays for processing. International customers may need to submit ID verification for credit card purchases with Shilpa Enterprises.

Letter Of Credit payment option

There is a minimum order value limit for buyers to avail this option and the processing fee for this transaction shall be borne entirely by the buyer and shall be included in the total value of the order.
